A Few Words About MAPS

Mid-Atlantic Psychological Services, LLC and its logo was founded behind the symbolism that, on the east coast, the sun rises marking the beginning of a brand new day.

The lighthouse symbolizes hope and hanging on for refuge from the choppy seas necessary to make a skillful mariner. We can all become skilled sailors navigating the waves of life if we would allow ourselves to be self-compassionate and willing to accept the highs with the lows.
